My husband two kids and I as well as my in laws stayed and fully enjoyed the house and its amenities! We crammed a lot in a short visit and it was close to everything we did it was very nice. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the house itself more.

Sandia is superb host always there to help you,her place is exactly as she described. Place is near by good restaurants and 15 min walk to Inlet beach.

Such an awesome cabin!!! Spent 5 nights here. Loved the convenience of everything being around 10min from the cabin and all the fun things to do at the cabin! We also seen a bear in the backyard which was super cool! The host was very nice. We accidentally dropped the water reservoir for the coffee maker and it broke, I immediately messaged the host and offered to pay for another but she told me that wasn’t necessary and that she would get a new one and not to worry about it! Only thing I could say that needs to be cleaned would be the dust, especially in the bunk room downstairs. The walls were covered and you could see it floating everywhere in the air and a few of the chairs on the porches were broke. But other than that, I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This house was AMAZING and the pictures didn’t do it justice at all!!! The home had everything you could think and we loved the drive up the mountain. The scenery was great and it was so peaceful. We took advantage of all the amenities and we constantly fought over sitting in the hammocks. We would definitely stay here again!!

It’s a great place to stay the beaches literally down the street you can either walk or drive or ride your bicycle good location.

I stayed at Sandia’s lovely home for a week-long Beach getaway with my wife and four young children. The home was exactly as described and in a nice quiet neighborhood right across the street from the main Rosemary Beach area. Cleanliness was top-notch and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. Before our arrival Sandia sent over a guide with some great restaurants suggestions, directions for beach access, and all around helpful information. I’d definitely stay here again.
