The home itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and located in a peaceful area. It’s clear the host takes pride in the property’s appearance and style. Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered an issue with bugs in the bed on the lowest level, which was very unsettling. I reached out to the host, but we weren’t able to come to a resolution, and no refund or compensation was offered on her end. Airbnb support also encouraged me to leave a positive review due to the host’s Superhost status, but I feel it’s important to share an honest experience. I hope this was a one-time issue, but I recommend future guests double-check recent reviews before booking.

Sandia's cabin is great! Exactly as it looks in the photos. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Wifi is plenty fast! Comfortable beds. Literally minutes from Pigeon Forge, yet just far enough away to be secluded from the busy outside world. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone !

We had a fantastic stay at Sandia's cabin! She was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all our needs and questions. The cabin itself was modern, beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. My family of four had a great time, especially enjoying the theatre room. We are definitely looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you, Sandia, for a memorable experience!

Very nice house, very happy with our stay. Hot tub was nice, the house was very clean, dishes were all available and dishwasher with fluid so we could stay for a full week and be able to cook. About 10 minutes from pigeon forge, so very accessible to where we wanted to be.

Awesome place to stay! My wife and I booked it for my birthday weekend and we had a blast! So much to do just minutes away and the house is just amazing with the cool layout and having the pool table and theater room was so awesome! Will definitely be back!
