This 2-BR 2.5 bath cottage sleeps 8 guests and is conveniently located in Inlet Beach just north of Hwy 98 and the public beach access. Better yet, when you need a break from the sun, take a short drive down to the action of Scenic Hwy 30A! You deserve a breath of fresh air and a beautiful atmosphere to unwind. We wanted to extend our vacation but our original house wasn’t available. Found this one nearby and I’m so glad we did! Booking was quick and easy. It was a great setup for our family and I loved how close to Inlet beach it was. You do have to cross the hwy to get to beach, but we didn’t have any problems with that. We didn’t get a chance to use the backyard but it was a great space with corn hole, hammock, and a nice big outdoor table. We utilized the beach chairs and wagon and road one of the bikes to the beach one day. Made access to the beach super easy! The house was very clean and Sandia was very responsive and helpful.

The location was great. Very close to a great public beach. Getting in home was super smooth. House itself is nice. Pros and cons of home: PROS: good location, great backyard, kitchen and ell equipped. Cons: the only tv in the home didn’t work. It smelled of mold or mildew. The guest beds were hard and could feel the springs. Could have done without all the fake dusty plants.

Fantastic spot. Exactly as described. Cute, comfortable, super cute beachy house. Upstairs set up so comfortably. Plenty of pillows and fluffy white bed linens. My big thing is being able to turn the a/c to what I want as we sleep cold and this place allowed that (lots don’t!)! Plus great ceiling fans! Was so comfortable temperature wise from Florida humidity. All amenities needed included here. We didn’t utilize beach but there were chairs, wagon, towels etc. Quick trip but this was perfect for a weekend getaway to attend a wedding for my husband and I. So glad we found Sandia’s place!

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, though it's important to note that you do have to cross a busy road to get there. Sandia provides several beach chairs, umbrella, & more plus a wagon to wheel everything down which is great. Definitely should have a car or rent bikes to get around, as the house is not directly in town. The back patio area is great with a large table & corn hole but an umbrella outside would be a nice addition since there is no shade.

Overall the property was great! Amazing location and super close to Rosemary Beach and public beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. My only gripe is that the towels were either make up stained or (hopefully not) not washed. It caused me to question if other things in the home were properly cleaned (dishes etc).

Sandia was very responsive and very sweet! We had an issue with the smoke alarm battery needing to be replaced and the home still having some sticky/sandy floors but she compensated us for that and even gave us a discount for our next stay! The house was gorgeous and the location was perfect!!! We were able to walk everywhere, the beach was so close (5 minute walk or less) and the cute restaurant/shopping areas were about a 15 minute walk away. We loved having our girls trip here, the backyard was the perfect place to hang out!! And Sandia was a wonderful host, she was constantly checking in on us and extremely responsive with any minor issues we had. Overall great stay!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Mattresses are comfortable and firm. Overall, the place was very good. A few things I want to note: 1. After the rain, we saw 2 huge cockroaches in the kitchen, so I freaked out but apparently they are from outside and common in FL... Make sure to not leave any food overnight in the kitchen. 2. If you're traveling with kids, be aware that the upstairs hallway is narrow and small. The stairs are right off the master bedroom, so I was nervous about my toddler falling down. 3. As someone traveling to this area for the first time, I found the title of the place a bit misleading—it's not in Rosemary Beach where the cute shops are and walkable, it's in Inlet Beach, which is public. There's a big difference in vibe. 4. You have to cross a large highway to go to the beach, that isn't pedestrian-friendly. I'd recommend driving, especially if you have kids.

As soon as we entered the house, it smelled so fresh and clean. We felt right at home. The beach towels and chairs and umbrella were provided so that is one less thing to worry about. The entrance to the public beach is near to the house except that we have to cross a busy road, so we always used our car which is okay for us. The beddings are comfortable, clean and smells good. It gets really warm at times at the house and I messaged Sandia, she was very responsive and helpful so I could adjust the thermostat. The house is located in a quiet place. Beautiful and relaxing patio to hang out ! We enjoyed our stay .

My daughter and her friends had a perfect getaway. Great location. So peaceful. Very responsive. Everything was perfect. The only thing was my daughter and her friends found it a little warm in the house and could out figure out the thermostat. My group came to celebrate graduating nursing school and we had a great time. The beds were a little more stiff than all of us would like, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. We were able to drive right to the beach in like 2 minutes everyday and there are so many restaurants so close by! We had a wonderful stay at Cottage at 30A Rosemary Beach. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless and prompt. The house itself was even better than we expected – clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The location couldn't have been more ideal. A short walk to the beach, yet the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Sandia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. There were beach chairs and other ‘beach’ items for us to use while there. The area is very quiet, but just a short drive from PCB where there is much more shopping/eating/other things to do. The house was stocked with all the essentials and more, from fluffy towels to a selection of teas and coffees. It's clear that Sandia takes pride in providing a top-notch experience for her guests. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better Airbnb experience. We highly recommend staying at Sandia's Cottage at 30A Rosemary Beach if you're ever in the area.

We loved our stay at the Rosemary Beach cottage. The house was very cute and had everything we needed. The host thought about it all. Even a beach wagon, umbrella and chairs for our use. Very clean, and easy to get to. Very well decorated and nice furniture and bedding. Easy walk to the beach although you do have to cross a busy road. We were also able to bike into downtown Rosemary beach and Alys Beach. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!
