This house was beautiful and was exactly what we needed for a weekend get away. The host was very responsive and helped where she could. The pool and local shops and restaurants that were walkable were a huge plus! The one downside is that the game room definitely needed some attention as it was crowded with floaties and other beach essentials and darts for the dart board were broken. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend to any of our friends!

Sandia’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, extremely clean, and had really comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe during our stay. Although we didn’t play any of the games while we were there, I thought the two arcade games in the garage were cool too, especially if you have kids. Sandia was an amazing host as well. She was very responsive, kind, and was able to accommodate us on short notice. I definitely recommend staying here and would love to return next time I’m in town. Thank you so much Sandia!

Sandia, was a very accommodating. We decided to stay a day in PC, and booked same day. The response time and readiness was perfect for three 60+ couples. The surrounding area ( Rosemary Beach) was magical and a very welcomed treat. We would definitely stay with Sandia , again.

Waves and Games is a great place to stay when visiting Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. You are close enough to walk yet far enough to not have to deal with the traffic. The property was clean and well taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

We had the best time here, felt like we were home. House was nice and tidy! Beds were all so comfortable! The drive to inlet beach was less than 5 minutes. Everything was nearby, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants! The house has everything, such as a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, and even beach toys. My kids were so excited to be in the garage the entire time (game room.) LOVED that we were able to bbq in the back patio! Definitely coming back soon!

this place was amazing! Clean felt like home and in a great location! It was quiet but close to the pool and close to everything you wanted to get to! 10 minute walk to the beach three minute walk to some of the best restaurants in 30A and a 10 minute walk to Rosemary Beach! I could not ask for a better place to stay on our beach trip! We will definitely be coming back! Sandia was the perfect host! Gave us great recommendations on her local guide made sure we had all the codes needed to use all the amenities on this property! it was fantastic!!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—very clean, beautifully decorated, and just a short drive to the beach (which was absolutely stunning!). The host really thought of everything: beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas—you name it, she had it available for us to borrow. The game room was a fun bonus, and while we didn’t use the kitchen much since our stay was short, it was fully equipped with everything you could need. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very family-friendly, which we loved. The only downside was that we didn’t receive the pool code in the check-in email, so unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool until the next day—which our kid wasn’t thrilled about. But other than that, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Estuvimos 4 noches en este alojamiento! Mis niños gozaron con el garage transformado con juegos de arcade. La casa era tal cual sale en la descripción, solo agregar que tenía más cosas de las publicadas que facilitaban la estadía en la playa. En la pieza principal transformaron el clóset en una mini pieza para niños con un camarote. Adicionalmente cuenta con varias cosas para la playa, como el carrito, sillas, toallas etc. La ubicación caminando como 10 minutos a la playa, de todas formas hay un acceso en auto a 3 minutos! El condominio tranquilo y amigable. Tuvimos comunicación en todo momento con Sandia. Tuvimos un pequeño problema pero Sandia lo soluciono rápidamente. Volvería de todas maneras

We enjoyed our stay on 30A at Sandias home! Great location within a short drive or bike ride to both 30A and Inlet beach. The games at the house were a huge hit with both the kids and adults alike and we appreciated having access to the community pool! The house was comfortable for our group or 6 adults and 2 kids, and we were happy to find that the kitchen table has been replaced with one that seats 6 along with 4 barstools. Highly recommend this home for a trip to 30A!

There were some surprise amenities that were really nice to enjoy. 😊 The location is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and a nice walk to the beach. The house was just as described right across the street from Rosemary Beach, Aly’s Beach, etc. centrally located between Destin and Panama City Beach. All in all a good stay!

My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at Sandia’s home. The home itself was immaculately clean when we arrived and all of the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (like your favorite bedding at home!) which was an unexpected bonus. The community is private and very quiet, while still being walking distance to amazing shops, restaurants and of course the beach! The games that are in the garage were a huge hit with our kids and the whole home felt open and spacious. As a host, you can’t get a better one than Sandia! She was immediately responsive to all of our pre and post arrival inquiries and allowed us to check in early on our day of arrival which was so helpful and appreciated. This was our first time to the 30A area and to say that we loved it would be an understatement. Our kids have already asked when we can go back and when we do, we will absolutely book Sandia’s home again.

We were a family of 10 people 5 adults and 5 children age ranging from 1 years old to 14. The place looked exactly like the pictures on the website. It had more then enough space to accommodate our large family. The bedrooms were spacious there were 3 total. The master bedroom lacked a closet due to the fact it was converted to a bedroom for children with adorable bunk beds in them. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. We didn't realize that the small chair in the living room was a pull out twin bed until 4 days into our trip. The couch is also a pull out bed. Sandia thought of everything from the converted garage into a magnificent game room! We never had a dull moment while we were in this house together, especially on rainy days. They thought of everything down to the small plastic dishes, utensils, and a high chair for the baby to use. The only negative was the dining room table only had 4 chairs we needed about 6 more to accommodate our entire family. Overall we'd stay again!! 🥰
