Amazing host! Absolutely a beautiful place and I will definitely be staying here again when I come back in town.

everything about the place and stay was fantastic. only issues I would say I had was that the pool, even though at normal temps, simply was too cold to enjoy. only other issue I had was the drive up to it as it was raining and somewhat slick on the one lane road. other than that the stay was great and definitely would recommend to others.

Sandia was a wonderful host and the home was amazing. We asked for last minute accommodations to check-in as we were in town for a wedding and we could not have been happier for Sandia's flexibility...it helped us out tremendously! The house was perfect for us with great access to the nearby beaches and restaurants. Just a quick drive into the village area of Rosemary Beach but removed from all the crowds and traffic. We are already planning our next trip back to Rosemary and will stay with Sandia again! Thanks again Sandia, we had a wonderful stay.

Just a heads up, the hill leading up to Sandias place is very steep, but well worth the drive. When we first arrived, cleaners were still there from the previous visit, looked like they had a party. The place was still meticulously clean. The back door for the deck wasn’t working correctly anymore, so we couldn’t use it. Same with the electric fireplace in the living room. However, Sandia perfectly managed my concerns and had local repairmen out to fix the issues within 24 hours. She was clear in her communication and always responded in a timely manner. The issues were annoying, but I don’t blame sandia I blame the previous guests. She did a fantastic job of taking care of us. The hammock swings were so comfortable I even ordered some for my own home. I will most definitely be staying here again.

The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The space was in a great location and clean/ spacious.

The place and location were great! I really enjoyed the layout and it had everything I wanted. The game room, pool and jacuzzi we had a good time staying in and spending time together. I will be reserving for next time we go out to the cabins!

This place was exactly like the pictures. Very well kept house with nice bedding. Mattresses were firm and bedding was pristine. Plenty of space for a family. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of things and it was nice that the refrigerator was modern. There was also beach items available to use. I would book again and the host was super friendly and always replied if I had a question.

Great Spot for a Fall family getaway. The drive up the mountain was not as bad as I thought. Peaceful and private. Our girls had a lot of fun with the pool and games.

Beautiful place, everything we needed was there and made several meals there. Great decor! And we love white bedding, so crisp and well appointed. My two kids were in the second bedroom and although they are older, they had plenty of space, large beds and it was a great stay for this single mom. ❤️
