It really is a very cool property and would be a nice space to host a big family or a girls weekend. I would recommend and would return with a few thoughts. I would suggest checking in right at 4pm before it gets dark to see the road - I would also suggest 4wd. We checked in when it was already dark and that was terrifying. Bring a baby gate if you have a toddler for the stairs. The game room and media room were extremely entertaining for the kiddos and they enjoyed the built in bunkbeds with larger mattresses.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful property. The home was spacious, clean, and exactly as depicted in the listing. The location was ideal, and our host was outstanding—communicative, responsive, and attentive to every detail throughout our visit. We will certainly be returning!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the views from the top deck! The cabin had everything we needed while on our stay. Host was very responsive and made sure our trip went great. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were absolute champs. Especially considering that the guests before us apparently decided that toilets are some kind of magical portal where anything can be flushed. (Spoiler: they are not. Tampons and baby wipes do NOT teleport to another dimension. They go… exactly where you think.) Because of those previous overachievers in plumbing misuse, we had a small hiccup with the septic system. The hosts handled it with superhuman speed, during a holiday week, no less. Truly heroic. Everything else was great: comfy bed, charming location, excellent amenities, and easy check-in. A quick PSA for future guests: Firewood’s there, but it’s not free. Spices are MIA, and there are zero leftover containers. Also, the dryer has commitment issues… it takes a few cycles to get the job done. Overall, five stars. everything about the place and stay was fantastic. only issues I would say I had was that the pool, even though at normal temps, simply was too cold to enjoy. only other issue I had was the drive up to it as it was raining and somewhat slick on the one lane road. other than that the stay was great and definitely would recommend to others.

Sandia was a wonderful host and the home was amazing. We asked for last minute accommodations to check-in as we were in town for a wedding and we could not have been happier for Sandia's flexibility...it helped us out tremendously! The house was perfect for us with great access to the nearby beaches and restaurants. Just a quick drive into the village area of Rosemary Beach but removed from all the crowds and traffic. We are already planning our next trip back to Rosemary and will stay with Sandia again! Thanks again Sandia, we had a wonderful stay.

Just a heads up, the hill leading up to Sandias place is very steep, but well worth the drive. When we first arrived, cleaners were still there from the previous visit, looked like they had a party. The place was still meticulously clean. The back door for the deck wasn’t working correctly anymore, so we couldn’t use it. Same with the electric fireplace in the living room. However, Sandia perfectly managed my concerns and had local repairmen out to fix the issues within 24 hours. She was clear in her communication and always responded in a timely manner. The issues were annoying, but I don’t blame sandia I blame the previous guests. She did a fantastic job of taking care of us. The hammock swings were so comfortable I even ordered some for my own home. I will most definitely be staying here again.
